EDEM RESORT & SPA HOTEL RULES AND MANAGEMENT POLICIES
These Rules and Policies are relevant to all Edem Resort & SPA (hereinafter - Resort) guests (hereinafter - Guest) and are considered to be an agreement between the Guest and Edem Resort & SPA.
1. 1. Accomodation Policy 1.1. Check-out time: 12:00.
1.2. Check-in time: 14:00.
1.3. Check-in before 14:00 is considered to be an early check-in, provided upon written request of the Guest and is a subject to availability.
1.4. In case of early check-in before 06:00, additional 100% of the price of a room are charged. In case of early check-in between 06:00 and 02:00, additional 50% of the price of a room are charged.
1.5. In case of late check-out between 12:00 and 08:00, additional 50% of the price of a room are charged. In case of late check-out after 08:00, additional 100% of the price of a room are charged.
1.6. Hotel, SPA and restaurants at the hotel are welcoming guests of 14 years and older.
1.7. The Resort is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewelry or other valuables left in guest rooms in case when Guest lost the room key.

2. SPA Policy 2.1. SPA opening hours: 8:00-22:00
2.1. SPA is a zone of relaxation. Taking food, drinks or any other staff except of things, needed for being at the SPA (gowns, towels, sports closes and shoes) is not allowed.
2.2. Taking things from the SPA to other locations is not allowed.
2.3. Please wear appropriate closes: sports closes and shoes at the gym and swimming suit and a bathrobe at the SPA zone.
2.4. SPA is welcoming guests of 14 years and older.
2. SPA Policy
2.1. SPA opening hours: 8:00-22:00
3. Obligation of Guests 1.1. To follow Resort Rules and Policies.
1.2. To follow Fire Safety Regulations.
1.3. Be careful with Resort property in the room.
1.4. To pay in time for Resort services according to the price list.
1.5. Guest is obliged to pay bills for all additional services, ordered and not paid earlier, at the check-out.
1.6. If bills for additional services have not been paid by Guest during the check-out, the Resort is entitled to debit the Guest’s credit card and to withdraw the required amount of money to cover the bill.
1.7. The Guest is responsible for Resort property in his room and for property he uses.
1.8. Guests confirm and guarantee that for any loss or damage to the Resort property caused by themselves, their Guests or any person for whom they are responsible they will reimburse the damages in full according to the Resort price list.
1.9. Guests confirm that in case of disregard of a provision of point 3.8 of this agreement Resort can apply in accordance with the law to the competent authorities in order to get compensation for property damaged.
1.10. In case of any loss or damage to the Resort property the Guest should notify the Reception Desk staff.
1.11. After 23:00 any unregistered visitors of Guests, invited to the room, should register at the Reception Desk.
1.12. Please keep cash, jewelry or other valuables left at Safe deposit box in your room. The hotel is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewelry or other valuables left unattended in guest rooms.
3. Obligation of Guests
1.1. To follow Resort Rules and Policies.
4. Rights of Guests 4.1. To order additional services please address the Reception Desk.
4.2. Restaurant bills can be paid by cash or by credit card, or can be signed by the Guest and added to the room bill.
4.3. Additional services (laundry, ironing etc) bills can be paid by cash or by credit card, or can be signed by Guest and added to the room bill.
4.4. Additional service bills, added to the room bill shall be paid at the check-out.
4.5. In case of personal things lost Guest should inform the Reception Desk as soon as possible.
4.6. The Resort can send things forgotten by the Guest at the Hotel. In this case written request is needed. The Guest will need to cover mailing expenses.
4.7. The Guest is welcome to express comments, complains or suggestion to Reception Desk Agents and to Resort Management.
4. Rights of Guests
4.1. To order additional services please address the Reception Desk.
5. It is prohibited 5.1. To bring dangerous things that may cause damage to other Guests or to the property.
5.2. No pets of any kind are allowed at the property.
5.3. Please do not use heating equipment, cooking equipment, press irons, or any other equipment that may cause fire (except for the equipment installed or provided by the Resort for the Guest’s usage) in the premises of the Resort.
5.4. Please do not leave any visitors at your room without notifying the Reception Desk;
5.5. Please do not give your room key to other persons.
5.6. Do not move any furniture or decorations inside the room and do not relocate them to a different location.
5.7. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and in common areas except of smoking zones.
5.8. Only Resort Registered Guests may use Resort Amenities.
5.9. Quiet hours are between 10:00 and 8:00.
5.10. Breaking Resort rules, etiquette and acting aggressive is prohibited.
5.11. Damaging Resort property is prohibited.

Hotel Rules and Policies are developed in accordance with Civil Code of Ukraine, articles 570, 633, 641, 693, 706 і Consumer Protection Law of Ukraine.
In Order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the Management requests your co-operation in observing the above as an agreement between the Guest and Edem Resort & SPA.
